User Research
Everything here begins by looking. Qualitative research is the ground I stand on: interviews, field observation, and the slow reading that turns them into something a team can act on. Dilthey drew the line: nature we explain, a life we understand. Understanding happens where what I bring and what they live meet. Two readings of the same moment may not fully merge, but that gap is where meaning gets its value.
