Carbon fiber aero kits for the Toyota GR Yaris, the Toyota Supra A90 and the Porsche Taycan, among other cars. Each kit had to fit the car closely, achieve the intended carbon fiber finish, and meet production requirements. I handled form design and development management, from vehicle scanning to first-sample approval.Toyota GR Yaris、Toyota Supra A90 與 Porsche Taycan 等數款碳纖維空力套件，需同時兼顧車體密合度、碳纖維外觀與量產需求。由我負責造型與開發管理，從車體掃描一路做到首樣簽核。

My role角色

Form design and development management, including on-car fit checks, jigs and detailed specification definition.負責套件造型與開發管理，涵蓋實車試裝、治具與細節規格定義。

Methods方法

Used 3D scans to reconstruct the car body, then developed the kit’s form and specifications.以 3D 掃描逆向建構車體，再發展造型並制定產品規格。

Outcome結果

Several kits went into production and on sale; yield tracking fed the next round.多款套件量產上市，並將良率追蹤納入後續開發改善。

From concept to launch從概念到上市

Each kit had to fit the original car and be repeatable in production. We began with a body scan, tested samples on the car, and refined the mating surfaces. The approved requirements then went into specifications for the production team.套件必須貼合原車，也要能穩定製造。開發從車體掃描開始，經過樣品試裝與貼合面修正，最後將確認過的要求寫入規格書，交接給生產端。

01 · Vehicle scan A high-precision 3D scan of the donor car, reverse-engineered so nothing on the body gets lost.01 · 車體掃描為原車進行高精度 3D 掃描與逆向工程，記錄車體的形狀與細節。

02 · Design and samples I developed the form using the scan data. Carbon fiber layup and high-pressure curing produced the first test sample.02 · 設計與樣品在掃描圖資上發展造型，再經碳纖維工藝等製程，試做出首件測試樣。

The carbon weave is part of the design. I specified its direction to suit the contours of each component, with molding, precision finishing, and multiple clear coats completing the surface.碳纖維織紋也是造型的一部分。我依各部件的輪廓安排紋路走向，再透過成型、精密加工與多道金油塗裝，完成表面的質感。

What this place gave me這裡帶給我的養分

I returned to Taiwan during the pandemic and joined ARMASPEED. It was my chance to work as an industrial designer, something I had long wanted to do, while drawing on my project-management experience. There were anxious waits for delayed molds, and tears when I worried I wasn’t doing well enough as a newcomer. Those memories are still vivid as I put this portfolio together.疫情期間回到台灣後，我進入 ARMASPEED，終於有機會做一直想做的工業設計，也用上了先前累積的專案管理經驗。過程中有模具廠延交的焦慮，也有新人時期擔心自己表現不好而流下的眼淚。整理作品集時，這些記憶仍然很鮮明。

The Volkswagen Golf GTI 8 ABS kit was my first project at the company to go from concept to launch. That experience helped me understand the stages and handoffs involved when I later managed carbon-fiber product development.Volkswagen Golf GTI 8 的 ABS 套件，是我進公司後第一個從概念發想做到正式發表的專案。後來管理碳纖維產品開發時，這段經驗讓我能掌握各階段的工作與交接。

I owe a lot of that to my supervisor. He was strict, and he took the pressure from above onto himself; it never reached us. The kits are still on sale on the company site, and every one of them is proof that I did the work. When I lose my footing I go and look at them, and I can face what is in front of me again.也謝謝當時的主管。他要求嚴厲，卻總是為我們扛下上級的壓力，不曾讓我們直接承受。那些還掛在網站上販售的產品，每一套都是我努力過的證明。有時候迷惘了，我會回去看看它們，然後又有信心面對眼前的挑戰。
